iBeta Announces Incode Technologies, Inc. is First to Pass the Rigorous iBeta Level 3 PAD Testing on Both Android and iOS

Denver, Colorado – 02 March 2026 – iBeta announces digital identity company Incode Technologies, Inc. is the first to pass the iBeta Level 3 PAD testing on both an iOS platform and an Android platform.

Their face liveness technology, using an iOS and an Android device is the first in the world to conform to iBeta’s (one of the world’s most respected independent biometric testing laboratories) Level 3 testing under the international standard ISO/IEC 30107-3 using two devices. Level 3 by iBeta is their most rigorous PAD testing methodology and is the global standard for measuring the ability for systems to detect presentation attacks such as photos, videos, masks and AI-generated faces. It is widely considered the most rigorous PAD testing in the world.

Face liveness technology is used in digital onboarding and authentication to confirm a real, live person is present during a selfie capture – not a printed photo, video replay, mask, or other spoofing attempt. It enables organizations to defend remote identity verification flows against account takeovers, synthetic identity fraud, and impersonation scams.

“Congratulations to Incode Technologies for being the first to pass iBeta Level 3 to the 30107-3 IEC/ISO standard with two devices on two platforms iOS and Android,” commented Evan Call, Director of Biometrics Sales and Marketing at iBeta.
