Voting System Testing
iBeta Quality Assurance was one of the first federal Voting System Testing Laboratories to be accredited by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission to test voting systems for federal certification to the 2005 Voluntary Voting System Guidelines and 2002 Voting System Standards as required by the Help America Vote Act (HAVA Section 231).
The iBeta Quality Management System and Voting System test procedures have been independently audited by the National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program in a "comprehensive technical evaluation." They were found to meet "all on-site assessment criteria and requirements" of Voting System Testing (NIST Handbook 150-22) and the Procedures and General Requirements (NIST Handbook 150*) for test laboratories.
As an independent Voting System Test Laboratory iBeta Quality Assurance confirms that voting systems submitted for testing:
Meet the requirements of the applicable voting guideline
Are tested, evaluated and documented using a standard set of iBeta voting test procedures
Are tested, evaluated, and documented in accordance with EAC certification requirements
