We also do our best to schedule client projects with the same software testing team to provide that level of client familiarity on multiple levels. However, it can be a lot harder to guarantee the same large team of software testing engineers than to guarantee the same project manager! Luckily, there are a few things clients can do to help us continue providing you with the best possible level of client knowledge retention.

Schedule Your Software Testing in Advance

You may already have a regular schedule and know exactly when each software development project will move into its testing phase. If you do, that’s great! All you need to do is let us know your regular schedule in advance, and we’ll make sure your regular team of software testing engineers is available when you’ll need them.

If you’re a software development agency or a company that doesn’t have a regular development schedule, that’s fine, too. As long as you stay in contact and let us know as soon as you have even an inkling of when you might need your testing team, we can shift their ability around as suits your needs. Up until about two weeks out from testing, we should still be able to guarantee you your testing team if you ask. New clients are also encouraged to speak with us during onboarding for their first project so that we can work out rough outlines for a general scheduling strategy, as well as agree on expectations about ongoing communication to best let us anticipate your testing needs.

Make Sure to Share Relevant Software Testing Documents with iBeta

If you have relevant documents like your development calendar, your planning documents or any notes from the development team on the upcoming software project in need of testing, we encourage you to forward them to us at your soonest convenience. When we receive your documents ahead of testing, it allows us to begin setting up our lab and confirming access to required or requested personnel and equipment in advance. Not only does this let us get a head start on making sure your software testing team and dedicated project manager have everything needed to exceed your expectations, it also lets us save you time. Prior scheduling and preparation means fewer testing delays based on missing resources or information.

Keep in Contact After Software Testing Projects

Finally, don’t be a stranger even after your software testing is over! You’re obviously not required to send weekly emails to your team at iBeta, but we do always love to hear about what’s new with our clients. Keeping in regular contact with the iBeta staff will also let us anticipate your future testing needs and continue to provide you with excellent quality assurance customer service.
